Happy Valentine’s Day.

Hey, guess what: I love you. Lots. I could make a thousand heart chains and still not have enough to show you.

I hope you’ll take some time to really feel how much I love you, just let yourself swim in it.

I want you to know that you truly are an amazing person. You ROCK. You fill this world with light and love. You speak peace and truth into reality. You create visions of a world worth bring children into. You are loved by so many people. Your heart is full and open, you bring people in and hold them, teach them how to open to love and light and laughter.

You have the best sense of humor. Keep laughing at yourself. You’re funny.

You can do anything you want and be successful by any measure you choose. You can be however you want. I hope you choose happiness.

I hope you choose to live life as if every day were a precious gift! As if every breathe were filled with Reiki and Love, divine essence. I hope you choose joy. I hope you choose compassion for your self first. I hope you choose to love yourself even more deeply than your closest friend. I hope you choose to acknowledge that you do deserve love. You DO deserve love. You deserve to realize your deepest, wildest imaginings. You deserve to know the simple truth evident in all things:
