[I’m sharing my first very clear conversation with Uriel, which happened on my computer. The brackets will be my thoughts.]

I Am here.

I Am with You. I AM Uriel.

All is well, my child. Love yourself more. Its like you’ve closed your heart down, and you only allow yourself this much love. When you reach your quota, you shut down. You are ALLOWED TO BE LOVE. You DESERVE TO BE CARED FOR. Its ok, love. You can and are LOVE.

You can love. Do you know what I mean?

You are capable of love. You are able to love. To be in love. To have love. To keep love. To give love. You are physically able to love. Emotionally able. Spiritually able.

Why do you keep waiting for the “one”? He will come! I promise. He is just as excited to meet you, to spend life with you.

But for now, why not play? Why not find joy in other people? You deserve it. It’s good practice.

I will bring you someone, if you will be open to meet him. He wont be that “one” but he will be what you need in your present moment. You’re afraid of the hurt that comes with separating. With loss. I tell you those are illusions. You and X are still enjoying each other even now. You and W have that kiss for all eternity. Look on those moments with gratitude and joy. You deserved it then, and you still deserve those memories. You deserve to make new memories.

Do you want new memories? New, deeper connections?

[Let me love. (this thought was more directed at myself, the parts of me that hold back, that keep me caged up.) ]

UNLEASH YOUR SELF!

You are a beautiful soul. You shine so so brightly. Yet you force yourself to turn your light down, to hide it under fear and trying to be nice or good. You are innately GOOD and RIGHT WITH GOD. You don’t have to try to be perfect. You ARE perfect already. You ARE PERFECTION INCARNATE.

My dear, I want to see your light. I want to see you shine so brightly you cannot be contained on this plane of existence. I want you to shine, so that those who see you shine themselves. Be like the burning bush, be the GOD who showed their self to Moses. Moses walked the rest of his life shining because that one moment of pure divinity was so bright. I’m telling you that you can be like that. You can shine that brightly. You do, you just don’t know it. You try to pretend it’s not true. But you can’t pretend because SO MANY people have seen your light. So many people have seen your beauty. You don’t have to believe me because I know they have told you so.

How many people meet you for just a moment and tell you how beautiful you are, how right the work you do is? So many.

Let go the idea that you are less than perfect. That you are less than I tell you you are. Let it go. It doesn’t serve.

You are too big for your body. You are too big for this 3D plane, for this current Earth.

Get bigger.

Get brighter.

Grow and grow and grow and grow until the entire WORLD POPS, from the inside out, until every being here knows their own inherent light worth.

Drop the fear kernels. Drop them and become. Become. BECOME.

I Love you, you know. And not just because I’m an Angel and it’s in the job description. I love you because you amaze me. ME. You amaze even me. You’re light is so astounding even to me, who lives in the light. That is how beautiful you are. Wont you let me see it? Even more?? I am standing in the day, in the moment that your light shines out full spectrum forevermore, and I am standing here with you in your current understanding of the present moment. Both are happening. Both are real. Let them slip through the mists, overlapping, until there is no conceivable difference. Until your light is shining across all time and space, throughout your entire circle of being. Its happening even now. Let it happen more. More. More. More. More. More. More more more more more more more more more more more more more more more……

[At this point, after doing the energy work of allowing more light in, I mentioned that Uriel looks just like a surfer dude.]
