I AM Adama.

And I love you all. I feel a need to reiterate that fact over and over because I know you all don’t really believe me. You don’t really believe it when anyone says that to you because you have come to accept that you are unloveable. And so you require demonstrated love over and over, not only do you need the words spoken but you need proof. You need actions to go with the words, to prove to you over and over that yes, you are loved until one day you can accept that it is possible. Possible that someone loves you, possible that many people and beings love you. Possible that you may one day love yourself.

And so we give you sign after sign. We send you rainbows and flowers, we send you angels and smiles, loving glances and hugs. We promise over and over that you are perfect as you are, there is no need to strive for something more because you are already everything there is. But you still do not believe us. You do not believe that you could possibly deserve our love, any love. And so you reject love around every corner. You do not allow yourselves to see that you are truly loved, you do not feel the very real love and affection coming from those around you, because you do not feel you deserve it.

Why on earth would you not deserve love?? Would you tell a newborn child that it does not deserve it’s mother’s love? That he or she does not deserve to be held and kissed and cooed over? That he or she does not deserve food when hungry? Is not their every smile, every step considered precious?

Why are you any less worthy of praise? of love? I assure you there is nothing, NOTHING you could have done or not done that would mean you do not deserve love. Even a murder’s mother still loves him. While I’m not encouraging violence, I am saying that every person is inherently valuable. Every person is loveable, without question.

What will it take for you to finally start believing in your own worth?

If you are willing, please take a moment, to accept the gift I am sending directly to your hearts. This gift is something like a love-package, a love-bomb. It will fly straight into your hearts, unfold in a miraculous burst of lightlove and erradicate any traces of anything keeping you from deeply understanding your inherent loveliness. It will fill you with your own knowing of your self as love incarnate. I hope you will accept this offering. It can make your journeys that much easier, that much more enjoyable.

You don’t have to spend years on a therapist’s coach (although, I do believe that to be a beautiful profession!). You can just accept that you are loveable, though receiving the gift that I send you or just by finally deciding that enough is enough. You can just reach inside yourselves and flip a switch. Flip the part of you that believes you do not deserve love back into the part of you that knows that you are love, inherently.

I will continue to repeat myself over and over until you all get the message. I will speak to you in every language, every way I know how, until you all finally remember that you are loved. You are loveable. You are love.
