My darling, if you believe that Adama is speaking to you, than he is. Adama is telling me that he is indeed with you and that he considers you a great friend.
What is more important is that you trust yourself. The more you trust yourself the more you can trust the messages that are coming through you. That is a great challenge for us, because we have grown up in a world that teaches us we are unworthy. I promise you that is not true. Adama would never, ever tell you that you do not deserve to speak to him.

      My friend, you deserve innately. You deserve whatever your heart desires. You are a pure being of light. You are a crystalline creature. You are perfection incarnated in a human body. It’s true that we have work to do, we have pain and anguish, we have challenges to overcome but those are just the trappings of the game we play. Underneath all that we ALL (humans, “bad” people, the pope, demons, trees, Gaia, etc) we ALL are are perfection incarnate. We all are manifestations of the divine. And we ALL deserve quite simply to be who we are, to speak with whom we please, and to love (and be loved) unconditionally.

     Why would you put conditions on the love someone would give you? Believe me when I say that Adama does love you. Adama loves you and I love you and all of creation loves YOU. Unique, incredible you. It is true that the universe loves everyone but that does not diminish or cheapen the love that is just for you. You. No matter what you do or have done, you are so very loved. You don’t have to do anything to Earn that love because it already belongs to you, for ever and ever.

     The sooner you accept that truth, the sooner you will become your truest self, out loud, in public, for all the world to see and adore. Adama is telling me that he would very much like to help you with this. After you have read this whole response, take up your pen and speak to him. He will work with you to come to an even deeper state of self love. The more that you love your self the more you can express love for others, the more you can receive love. And we do love you. We will say this over and over until maybe you start to believe us.

     Let me tell you a story. The very first time that I channeled anything was in high school, I was 16. I had just finished reading Conversations with God by Neale Donald Walsh and thought to myself, “If he can do it, I can do it.” So I grabbed my journal, wrote a question across the top of it and let the answer come. And answers did come. They were full of love and encouragement. I knew I was talking to someone that loved me, and accepted me, and there was an overwhelming feeling of comfort and reassurance. A feeling of home that I couldn’t understand or describe or even know that I was feeling it. I was too numb to everything to feel it. And I had all the doubts that you described and more. “Maybe I’m crazy.” “This is just my imagination.” “This isn’t real.” “How do I know this isn’t some evil spirit trying to trick me?”

     So, I asked. I wrote across the top of the page, “How do I know that you are who you say you are and not just my imagination?” The answer that came blew my mind. The being that I spoke to, had never told me who they were, beyond “God”. Now, somehow I knew that it was not a lie that this being was God, but yet, it also wasn’t that all-encompassing-something-that-is-beyond-words-god.  The answer that came was this:

     ”It doesn’t matter who I am. Or if I am a figment of your imagination. How do you feel when you talk to me?”

     ”I feel better.”

     ”That’s all that matters.”

     And I knew he was right. I did feel better, I felt as if weights I didn’t know I carried were lifted from me when I talked with this being. I felt as if anything is possible. I felt that everything would be ok. So I let go of my fears and I just talked to whatever it was through my journal. Until I got to the point where I could see and hear beings and didn’t need to use my journal to talk to them. And I started to meet specific beings- angels and nature spirits and ascended masters. Then I could tell them apart like I am able to recognize my friends’ voices.

     And then, last summer, I met Adama. I started working with him and I learned about our connection. Then, several months into my relationship with this “new” guide I used my journal to talk to Adama. Even though I didn’t need it to communicate with him. As my hand moved with his words, I suddenly recognized the being I first talked to 7 years before. And then it hit me, Adama was the first being to ever talk to me. Adama was the one who helped me to start this journey. Wow! He had been with me the whole time. For even longer than I knew. And then I knew, the trust that I had given that nameless person I spoke to in my journal was well placed.

     I tell you this story to encourage you to keep going. Keep trusting yourself and the light beings you speak to! When I started, I talked to  nameless spirits because I was sad and lonely. Now I’m so much healthier and happier and I’m channeling for the whole world! Isn’t that amazing!? You can do so much more than you know right now. But that doesn’t matter, for the moment. What matters is your peace of mind. I encourage you to make a choice, right now. Will you choose to trust yourself and Adama? Or will you choose doubt and fear? Either choice is perfect but I encourage you to consider which will make you happier and healthier.
