I AM the Archangel Uriel and I have come to share with you all a moment of joy.
Whichever moment you are currently experiencing, let that moment be a moment of joy.

Follow the path of your breath– from the external world, inward– to find your core. In your core exists all things. Living from your core, as much as possible, makes it MORE possible for you to live in the present moment.

Because, within your core you find the simple truth of all that you are.

Living from that truth enables you to forget the lies and illusions you have previously believed. Forgetting those opens the gate to Vibrant Living, which is, living in the vibration of truth. Truth is beautiful, colorful, and pulsing with lifeforce energies. Living within the vibration of truth draws to your present moment more experiences of beauty, color, and exceptional aliveness.

Those are what you want to experience. Those are the experiences you have been asking for.

You can find them simply by focusing on your breath and turning your attention towards your heart, the core of yourself.

It’s quite simple and easy to do.

Simply breathe. In. . . Out. . . In. . . Out. . .

As you deepen your breath, you deepen your awareness of your body, emotions, and self. As your awareness deepens, you draw in closer to yourself. You become more aware of the love within yourself and the ambient love which surrounds you at all times.

And, as you remember to live from the present moment, by consciously breathing, you will open to more directly experiencing the love that is. Your moments will be filled with felt love.

And it is the conscious experience of Cosmic Love that you all have been asking for.

All you have to do to feel it is focus on your breath.
