If tears come, let them. If laughter flows, let it.

Too much pain you have been holding for too long. Now is the time to let it go. There. There it is. That sadness. That regret. That sense of loss you’ve had for so long you forgot you were ever without it.

The illusion of seperation hurts. It aches. I know. I too have felt it. You miss your loved ones, the ones your conscious mind doesn’t remember, or acknowledge. We are here. We walk with you everywhere you go. Open yourselves to feel our presence. We have not left you. Forgive. Forgive that which has pained you. Forgive us for vanishing from your awareness. Forgive yourself for forgetting. It’s okay. We knew that would happen. So did you.

It hurts so much, I know. We love you still. We will not do it again. So many of you have finished so much work, you will choose to leave the karmic cycle. You will not go through another “forgetting”. So really, do your best to enjoy this one. Congratulations on your growth. Congratulations for becoming what you are.

Let us celebrate your return to known oneness. Welcome home.

I Am Uriel, Archangel. I mirror yourself back to you. You are so incredibly perfect. So awe-inspiringly beautiful, there are no words in any language that can adequately describe you. In the coming months, as more and more higher vibrations come into your current experience, allow the layers of you to fall away, with grace and ease. Let go. Over and over Let go. More and more you will be exposed, radiant. Let go, until all that is left is you. The core of you. Your Godlight is shining, so brightly. It will become even more radiant.

Bless you. Blessings upon your feet, your journey. All is well. Everything is Well. I love you. I Am You. You and I are One. Feel it with delight.

Allow yourselves to grieve, if that is what comes up for you. Let it be a layer you release. Allow yourselves to cry and scream and then laugh in delight, if that is what comes up for you. You amaze me, every day. The shear amount of emotional processing, of release and renewal you all accomplish in such a short time quite astounds me.

Every tear you shed frees you from pain. Every tear and pain released heals you and all of creation. We grow with you, as we are you. Thank you.

From the bottom of my heart thank you for living right now. Thank you so much for surviving each day. For living through it all. For surviving and overcoming and still living so splendidly. Your strength is a gift to me.

And if you become frustrated with the next layer, and the next, with the seemingly never ending layers, remind yourself that you are being yourself, more obviously. I know it can be overwhelming. I know you sometimes want to give up, in those moments most of all, keep going. In those moments you are closest to heaven. In those moments you are so close to confronting and fully releasing a HUGE layer. You can jump light years ahead if you can just seize that instance of pain.

I will close with one more gift of energy. Let the ripples roll over your skin, through your pores, into your bones. Move your body with the energy as you would music. Let it envelope you. Let it invigorate you. You are perfect as you are. You are what you are. Which is, Everything.
